Leveling Thinner, thanks to the added retarder, slows the drying of paints and thinned products. It is especially recommended for airbrushing, which tends to dry paints "on the fly." The effects of using a retarder include: - improved adhesion of the product to the substrate - the liquid form allows for better bonding, - a smoother and more uniform surface, - achieving perfectly glossy surfaces when desired.
